About Me
Fe'Dricka M. Moore, Ed. S.
I help people grow and improve their skills.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in roles that allowed me to help others. As an educator for over 12 years, I taught my students not only academic knowledge but also life skills. As a manager for over five years, I supervised others in providing courteous, effective, and ethical services to our clients. Now, in this new chapter in the Learning and Development space, I possess transferable skills in curriculum design, content writing, instructional activities, evaluation, and mentoring.
For the past three-plus years, I was hired to create effective training solutions and performance-support materials for the following clients:
An educational company specializing in core and business online courses for over 10,000 health and wellness coaches.
An international company offering engaging training to new and seasonal real estate investors.
A big-tech corporation providing instructional lessons on its new line of servers for its certification exam.
In my current role as a technical writer and eLearning specialist, I update existing performance-support materials and create eLearning content for a large-scale, enterprise-grade, centralized financial management system owned by a government entity.
For my portfolio assets, I used sound instructional design principles, appropriate learning theories, tech-savviness, and pertinent visuals to resolve performance issues and personal challenges for various entities.
